In fact we encourage our customers to be involved at what ever level they are comfortable with. You can send us your finished design or your napkin design and our customer care representatives will work with you. If we receive finished art there are no additional costs. If a new design is required, additional art charges will apply. Our design rate is $45.00 billed on 15 minute increments. (Example 30 minutes equals $22.50 for design charge). Please note before your order is produced your approval of the shirt design is required. (Q) What if I need help in creating a design? (A) No Problem. If you require different ink colors for each shirt there will be a $15.00 charge for each ink color change. (Q) How do I pay for my order? (A) We accept all major credit cards. (Q) How do I send my art/design files and what type of files do you accept.
